The property is let either on a weekly basis, 4 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Saturday or for short breaks on a nightly basis
Weekly rates up to 7 people. Additional £50/person/week up to 10 people
Two-person discounts are offered at off-peak times @ £420 per week or from £60 per night
Short break group bookings from £22 per person per night (inc bed linen and towels)
Craft/games studio available @ £40 per week (5m x 6m space with table tennis equipment)

£200 deposit per week with booking, balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival
Deposits are non-returnable unless property is re-let
