Terms & Conditions
When your provisional booking is accepted by email, complete the attached booking form. Then we shall send you our bank details to transfer payments. The deposit is £250 per week and we will then confirm your booking by email. When you confirm your booking with the deposit, you agree to our Terms & Conditions set out below.
Balances are payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
In the event of cancellation, any payments are non-returnable unless the property is re-let and it is advisable for guests to take out the relevant holiday insurance for their booking.
Use of the electric vehicle charging point. We charge for this facility at the current rate, payable at the end of your stay. It may vary as the cost of energy is currently very volatile.

1. Payment will be required in Pounds Sterling; we can only accept payments by bank transfer.
2. The deposit of £250 per week is required within 7 days to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
3. The balance of rental must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your booking.
4. In the event that you have to cancel your booking after the balance has been paid, the balance will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the weeks booked.
5. Your booking will not be cancelled by us except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. We shall inform you immediately and refund any payments made by you. You accept that our liability is limited to the amount that has been paid.
6. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
7. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance that will cover cancellation costs and unforseen medical expenses.
8. Damages must be reported immediately they occur and paid for as requested by the owners of the property.
Data Privacy
Following confirmation of your booking, any information provided by you will be held on our computer in order to meet legal obligations required for accounting and tax reporting purposes.
We will not make this information available to any other private or commercial parties.
